M/S. Misbah Construction provides the following construction services:

• Commercial Construction: Office buildings, retail centers, hotels, and mixed-use developments
• Industrial Construction: Warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and large-scale infrastructure
• Residential Construction: Luxury homes and multi-unit housing developments
• Project Consultation: Technical advisory and project management services

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided are estimates based on information available at the time. Final pricing may vary depending on:

• Changes in material costs at the time of procurement
• Modifications to project scope or specifications
• Site conditions discovered during construction
• Timeline extensions beyond the agreed project duration

4. Project Timeline

Project timelines provided are estimates and may be affected by factors including weather conditions, material availability, labor availability, and unforeseen circumstances. We commit to keeping you informed of any changes to the projected timeline.

5. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms include:

• Advance payment: 25-30% of total project cost upon contract signing
• Progress payments: Based on milestones as outlined in the project contract
• Final payment: Balance payment upon project completion and handover
• All prices are exclusive of applicable GST (currently 18%)

6. Quality Standards

We maintain ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards and adhere to all relevant building codes and regulations. All structural work carries a warranty as specified in the individual project contract.

7. Site Safety

Safety standards are maintained in compliance with OHSAS guidelines. Clients visiting construction sites must adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

8. Intellectual Property

All project designs, drawings, and technical documents remain the intellectual property of M/S. Misbah Construction unless explicitly transferred in writing through a separate agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the contract value of the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project delays, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
